1. The Service

LockInTabs is provided by LockInTabs. It is an AI assistant that works in your browser and can read web pages and take actions on them when you ask it to. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. AI output and your responsibility

The assistant is powered by artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Review important results and actions. You remain responsible for actions taken in your browser, including purchases, messages and form submissions. The assistant asks for confirmation before such actions, but you should check before approving.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive.
• Do not use it to break other websites' terms, bypass security or CAPTCHAs, or collect other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
• Do not try to reverse-engineer, overload or resell the Service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4a. Your files

Each plan includes private file storage. You are responsible for the files you store and upload, and must have the right to use them. Don't store illegal content or malware. We may remove files that break these terms. Keep your own copies of important files; storage is not a backup service.

5. Credits, plans and payments

• AI usage is paid with credits. The number of credits used per step depends on the AI option you choose and the size of the task.
• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Your plan credits refill each time a monthly payment succeeds and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active.
• You can switch plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel at any time under Manage billing in your dashboard. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.
• Prices are shown on our website and may change; changes don't affect credits you already have.
• Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; by using credits immediately you agree that this right ends for the credits used.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Features and AI options may change over time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
